OneWay Route Terms & Conditions
1. Driver would wait maximum 45 minutes from your schedule pickup time at your pickup location.Driver waiting charges would be Rs 100 after 45 mins.
2. Driver details will be shared up to 30 minutes prior to departure.
3. In case the driver oblique cab that reaches you for pickup is different from what we have communicated, please don’t board the cab and call us for assistance.
4. Due to traffic or any other unavoidable reason, pickup may be delayed by 30 minutes.
5. AC will be switched off in hilly areas.
6. If you booked CNG vehicle then the driver may need to fill CNG once or more during trip.Please cooperate with the driver.
7. Your trip includes one pick up and one drop location in city. Rs 250/- extra charges for multiple pick up and drop locations.
8. All disputes are subject to mohali jurisdiction.
9. One way service charges may vary availablity of cab services.
10. Kindly make call 11pm to 6 am while booking.

General Terms & Conditions
- 1 We are not responsible for any lost article during ride
- 2 Any banned or abusive substance / medicine / drug /liquid found with the client is their resposibility
- 3 Any mess created due to pet and any other motion sickness will be charged extra
- 4 Smoking is strictly not allowed during ride inside the cab
- 5 Once the client has boarded the cab board and is willing to cancel the ride in midway then the cancellation charges will be applied (Min Rs 1500 to rs 5000 as per the destinatation / km and time )
- 6 If the tour package is cancelled for any reason, We will charge full payment according to iternery and days
- 7 If cab is broken or in any emergency client miss connecting transport OneNess taxi is not responsible
- 8 We will not be responsible, in case of any misshappening due to any external circumstances or not being able to connect to any other mode of transportation to reach your destination.
